Laptop issues with DirectRT (case 25611)
Good Morning,
I have recently received a new laptop and Direct Rt will not work. It will start an input file, but then will freeze and provide an error. The error i received is "technical issues were encountered during this session. Please see C:\DirectRT\TrackPerformance.txt". If you have any suggestions please let me know.

Did you get this error for a file that you created or one from the folder named Samples in the DirectRT program folder on your hard drive? If you did not run a file from the Samples folder, please do so and let me know if you get the same error.
Please also upload a copy of the file named TrackPerformance.txt from the DirectRT program folder to this forum thread.
