matrices with radio buttons ? (case 24994)

Hello,

I am trying to create matrices with multiple radio buttons (for the PNAS questionnaire). The survey is currently displayed currently and the results file creates all variables correctly (8 items x 5 response options). Unfortunately, the data is coded as 99 and I cannot access similar samples on the forum. I would be grateful for any help!
