frozen screen once the Medialab program starts running a DirectRT file (case 22565)

Using media lab 2010, and direct RT 2014. I tried to run a Medialab and DirectRT file on the computer,and I'm just getting a blank, frozen screen once the Medialab program
starts running a DirectRT file.

Tried experiment on other computers running the same versions ,and there wasn't a problem. Also experiencing run time errors.

Computer are running Windows 7 x64.

Please tell me the full version number (i.e., 20xx.x.xxx) of your copy of DirectRT and MediaLab. You can find it by opening DirectRT and selecting Help>About DirectRT from the main menu bar.

Please also send me a copy of the MediaLab and DirectRT files in question. You can either upload them here or send them to me directly at support@empirisoft.com (please reference case 22565)

Finally, what is the full text of these "run-time errors" that you get? Do they happen on just the one computer or all of them?

Can you please specify the error, it would be better to analize if you send the error log in another post or in the reply section. The error is unexpected because it should run on windows 7.
