Video squeezed (case 22410)

Hi,

We notice that the DirectRT software is squeezing the video when we plays it. For example, we have put parameter (1600 x 900) and it is supposed to be full screen since 1600 x 900 is the screen resolution. But it is not.


Even when we play video not indicating any parameter, the videos are not shown in the original size.


How could we solve this problem?

What is the full version number of your copy of DirectRT (v.20xx,x,xxx)? You can find it by opening the main DirectRT program and looking in the upper left corner of the window?

Check to see that screen size drop down menu under the Options button of your styles.drt folder and the screen resolution of your monitor are the same size.
