No value in time column error but all columns occupied (case 16337)

No value in time column error but all columns occupied (case 16337)

Every time I try to run my input file I get an error telling me that I have an empty time column on row two. I removed this row, and was told I had something missing in row 4. I have double checked that the column names are in the correct place and that all of the fields are filled with valid codes but am still receiving the error. Any ideas?

    Just found this post set:

The first post seems pertinent, I'll work with the length of my text and see if that fixes it.

It appears that it was the quotations marks I used in the text which might have been causing the problem. I removed them and no longer received the error pop-up.
