Recovering Output File When DirectRT Does Not Close Properly (case 14815)

I ran a DirectRT program with a participant yesterday and the participant completed the task, but the program was still technically open. My computer malfunctioned, rebooted itself, and when it turned back on, my DirectRT file had not been saved (to the server). Is there any way to access the data from the program I ran?

I'm sorry to hear about this computer hiccup leading the loss of data. If the data from the session is not in the Data folder DirectRT creates nor in the Recycle Bin, I'm afraid that the data is lost.
