Video mouse responses

Im trying to use mouseclicks whilst running video. I would like to be able to click whilst a video is running or have the video pause and then have an option to click. The idea is that the full screen be clickable but only 1-3 responses that could be correct. Is this possible?

Take a look at the mouse cursor sample in the samples folder and see if that helps get you started:
