Record responses about the location of an event on the screen (case 3877)

    Hello

I provide local IT support to the School of Psychology, Cardiff University where we have been using both Medialab and DirectRT on a Departmental Group license for a couple of years and have found both packages very flexible.

But today, one of our academics has submitted a query to our own IT help desk to which I don't know the answer...

Do you know whether Medialab and/or DirectRT could be used in conjunction with some suitable hardware such as a touch screen to accomplish what he would like to do...?

Please would you look at the query below and advise accordingly?

    Many thanks

    Kind regards

    David

One of the things I would need is a system that would record responses participants would make about the location of an event on the screen: this could be done either with direct contact using a touchscreen, or by moving a mouse cursor and clicking it, and software would then record the location of the click. So I would need technology that would support one or both of those things.
