problem with recoding responses (case 463)
I created a questionnaire in medialab which consists of several simple "fill-in-the-blank" and "scale responses". However, in the "by questionnaire" csv file, the answers to the questions sometimes were precedented by several "99", I looked up the key codes and "99" doesn't represent anything in the keyboard. How could I correct this?
By the way, the link to "contact" you or "ask questions directly" is not working on your site. Is there an email address to which I can send my data file for you to take a look at the problem?

Values of 99 in the data file mean that no response was recorded. This could be due to MediaLab skipping over those questions. Were there any unexpected skips that occurred while running the files in MediaLab?
