won't show bmp image

Direct RT is not running my input file. I have attached the error message that comes up and the input file. I am using graphics files as the stimuli, saved in bmp format. The files have the same names as those used to identify the stimuli in the input file. Any help would be great as I'm trying to get this project running soon! Thank you.

The input file seems to be missing one of the randomization columns before the trial columns start (see attached sample template for the correct order of the columns). I think if you add that, it should read-in fine.
