Multiple fill-in-the-blanks on one screen?

We’d like you to think of what Alex could have done to avoid clogged arteries and be in better health. People often go through such a thought process by having thoughts that start with “If only”. We’d like for you to generate such “If only…” thoughts about how Alex could be in better health. List each item on a separate line.

And if I select the drop-down option, the little arrow in the published project is in front of the default word (I know, I can insert a blank, but what if I want one of the distractors to show?) Also, changing the order of the distractors is a pain.
