Upgrading to use Reduce Data Files

So, I wanted to use the Reduce Data Files function, so I downloaded the upgrade to version 2006.2.25 (I already had 2006.2.16). But it still won't allow me to use the feature. It says to contact you guys for the appropriate upgrade. Am I missing something?
