HTML no longer working in v2010

Hi!

I have a study where I am showing .gif images. I've converted them to HTMLs, and they've run for a year with no problems in v2008. I have it programmed so that the HTMLs were playing as backvideo. I was just trial testing the same program in v2010 on a Dell Optiplex, but the images won't show.

Any ideas of what's going wrong?

We are also having HTML problems with v2010. In 1/3 of attempts to display an HTML page in an experiment, we receive a "This Program Cannot Display the Web Page" message. Any thoughts?
