Similar problems as others: Row 15 missing LOC value

Dear Jarvis,

I am currently trying to program a lexical decision task and I keep getting the message that some random row is missing an LOC value when in fact it is not. I have been staring at the file for HOURS. Any suggestions would be well appreciated.

Hi, I saw your message and thought it might be a problem I had had in the past, where if I was missing something on the row above, for example the asterisk, that would mess up the row below and everything after that. I took a quick look at your file and it looks to my amateur eye like everything is in order, but what do I know? :)

Anyways, thought I would chime in with the hope that I might stir up an idea your mind hadn't wandered past yet while you wait for a better response! Good luck.

Yes this is true, it's usually due to something unusual on the previous line which throws off how the subsequent input is read. Your file does look fine but if you can give some example lines that are mentioned when you get the error, I can probably track down the source of the problem by scrutinizing those prior lines.
