    web tracking option error

I like to use web tracking option to check how long subjects spend time to view a series of web pages. After a while, I have a series of file (htm) and want to use this with web tracking option. Although it goes smothly in explore or firefox, I got error message when I run this file. Of course, I made a question file and selected web tracking option and put the beginning htm file as source. Could you help me out? Thanks!

Hm. What error do you receive when running your experiment?
What version of MediaLab are you using?

Does the item in question have any special parameters set with it?
It sounds quite peculiar that IE and Firefox are able to run the files, but MediaLab isn't able to.

    Thanks!

I just found that the web tracking information is written by text file not a excel file. It works beautifully. And after copying and pasting the date from text file to excel, it arranged by title. So I can use it for my coming study.
