This might seem like a common sense-type question, but why is that in the priming input files the min-max time intervals often swap depending on the trial? For example, (33,63) and then (63,33)?

Hm - I don't think I quite understand your question. Would it be possible to post a copy of the input file you're referring to?
Are you sure you're not referring to the rt: keys?
