    MediaLab asks for code repeatedly

    Our lab has recently updated to the newer 2008 version of MediaLab; we've been running the newest version for about a month now with no problems. This past weekend when we opened up MediaLab, it asked to supply an access code. It gave the same code to be supplied by e-mail to empirisoft so I had the correct code saved in e-mail which was an easy enough fix but is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?

    We did have that problem as well and were able to resolve it; would the same problem also cause MediaLab to essentially "forget" that it had already received the code?

    Luckily, we are not getting a different ATX code; it's the same ATX but it seems to have forgotten that we've already supplied it with the access code.
