Direct RT issues: Computer Freezing and Results not saving (case 34305)

Hi,

I am running some tests using DirectRT and have been having issues with the program freezing when running (on multiple new computers) and the results not saving (sometimes they do and sometimes they dont).

Any idea as to what the issue might be?

Please elaborate on what you see or any error messages displayed when you run DirectRT.

Please also attach a copy of the .csv input file and we will be happy to take a look at it.
