Error 91 on voice responses (case 30041)

Hello,
I am trying to use a voice response trial within a larger experiment. Everything runs smoothly until the voice response when an 'error 91 object variable or with block variable not set' appears. I followed the manual to set up the file and I believe everything is correct, why could this be occurring?

Are you using MediaLab or DirectRT?

Hello Caywood,

Please run the some of the .csv files in the folder named 12 voice responses stroop in the Samples folder in the DirectRT file folder and let me know if they run without any error messages and if they record the data properly.
