I am one of your older clients and still using the 2004 version.
i really need the slider option so Ps could respond to own responses via slider -- but it seems that in the old version it doesn't work?
is there a soloution?

Hi Baruch,
Did you try running the (zipped) custom items sample? If so, there is a slider in there that should work with v2004. The newer (2006) version just gives you a lot more flexibility because you can create your own item types using HTML forms and java and such.
