Text - Bold one word

Hi,

I have been experimenting with Quickstyles. I can change the background color of individual screens and I can make all the text on a screen bold or in italics. Is there any way to make ONLY ONE word on the screen bold?

If not, I'm thinking I could insert a powerpoint image of the question, with one word bolded.

Not with quickstyles, but you can prepare instructions or other wording as html and use that as a background to your item. See background in the users guide or online here:
