error message that an executeDRT file is running

Hi,

I am trying to run a directRT file when it is embedded within media lab and the directRT questionnaire won't start. I then tried to run this same DirectRT file on its own in Direct RT and I received the following message: "there is another instance of executeDRT still running". I have tried to restart my computer and have clicked on "end task" but the problem still persists. Any suggestions how to fix this problem?
