Order of variables in "byquestionnaire" data file?

For the data file (not the one labeled question_order.csv) in the "by questionnaire" data folder: What order are the variables entered within each questionnaire? Is it alphabetical by variable name or it is by the order they are presented within that questionnaire?

In the byQuestionnaire data files, the variables are listed in the order in which they appear in the .que files--i.e., pre-randomization (if any). Actual presentation order can be found in the question_order.csv file.
